A construction deposit of $10,000 is required with your order with the balance payable on completion, before siting and occupation.

The site will need to be reserved for your cabin and a site reservation fee of $2,750 is payable to hold the site during construction of which the full amount of $2,750 is rebated as a credit to your site rental account upon occupation. Rental on your serviced rental site is set out in the rates section.

There are no refunds in the event of cancellation, except those allowed by law.
